Logistics Coordinator

This is a fast-paced and varied position within our production office, where you will support several key logistics functions, including:

  1. Coordinating transport for tank and part deliveries, as well as other goods leaving the site.
  2. Issuing picking priority lists and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to factory staff.
  3. Assisting with warehouse cycle counts and investigating any discrepancies.
  4. Reviewing the picking capacity plan to ensure we're on track to meet Fulfillment Due Dates (FDDs).
  5. Managing bulk and part packing of BOMs.
  6. Recording goods in and work-in-progress data, including items sent to/from subcontractors.
  7. Supporting the operations team with ad hoc duties as required.


What You Bring

Experience:
  1. Prior experience in a logistics coordination role is highly desirable.
  2. Strong ability to prepare and analyze both numerical and graphical data.
  3. First-class planning and time management abilities.
  4. Commercial awareness and an innovative approach are advantageous.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.


Personal Qualities:
  1. A mature, customer-focused attitude, with the ability to handle difficult discussions and resolve customer complaints.
