  3. Assisting with warehouse cycle counts and investigating any discrepancies.
  4. Reviewing the picking capacity plan to ensure we're on track to meet Fulfillment Due Dates (FDDs).
  5. Managing bulk and part packing of BOMs.
  6. Recording goods in and work-in-progress data, including items sent to/from subcontractors.
  7. Supporting the operations team with ad hoc duties as required.

This role requires strong planning and time management abilities, commercial awareness, and an innovative approach. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a logistics coordination role and excellent analytical skills. They will also be able to handle difficult discussions and resolve customer complaints. As a mature, customer-focused individual, you will thrive in a "Right First Time" culture.
