Administration Assistant

This is an office based role, and ideally you will start work 2x days per week (there can be the option to work from home some of the working days).
The client is a contractor within the engineering sector so ideally you will have experience working with construction clients but this is not necessary.
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred
