Envolve infrastructure are seeking admin support to join a busy Health and Safety department.
**Key duties**:
- Monthly reports collation
- Cat & Genny information collation
- Maintaining and updating documents where required
- Issue and record Toolbox Talks
- Collate and monitor HAVs records
- Keep systems updated
- Audit preparation
- Assist with general supporting administration
**Experience**:
- Supporting admin experience essential
- SHEQ admin experience desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of Microsoft office
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pontyclun: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
