- Match purchase orders and delivery notes
- Enter purchase invoices onto Sage 200 & VMS
- Raise purchase orders
- Credit Control
- Monthly and weekly purchase payments
- Company Credit Card Reconciliations
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Filing and general administration
- Support with the Month-End processes
- Ensuring that all accounting records are up-to-date
- Payroll Cover
- Allocate & Pay Invoices for our Hotel
- Write Cheque refunds for our Holiday Department
- Process Fuel Delivery Notes
- Any other duties as requested by the line manager
- Have experience in a similar role (Desirable)
- English and Maths GCSE (Or equivalent)
- Computer Literate (Microsoft packages)
- Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
- Good Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Experience using Sage 500 (Desirable)
Full Training will be provided.
