HR and Payroll
- Daily/weekly maintenance of staff clocking-in system, i.e. adding/deleting staff, updating reason for absence; collation of reports to support Management and Finance
- Provide support in relation to recruitment, employment letters and contracts, employee vetting, onboarding and payroll tasks
- Process monthly payroll using Sage Payroll
- Processing starters and leavers
- Mantaining company pension scheme
- Processing overtime
- Submitting HMRC submissions
- Processing of SMP, SSP and SPP
- Maintaining payroll information
- Maintaining absence management system
- Maintaining company car information
- Resolving employee payroll issues
- Submit salary payments, pension contributions and NI & taxes for authorisation

Person Specifications
- At least 1-year experience in an administration role.
- Good level of both written and spoken English
- Ability to work to deadlines
- CIPD qualification or working towards qualification

Misc. Administration:

- Taking minutes at other staff meetings
- ensuring all documents are locked and controlled
- Taking minutes at weekly Managers meetings
- Supporting finance is any administrative duties
- Covering receptions during holiday/absence, periodically taking calls and passing to relevant person/department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
