Overview: Job description

We are looking to hire a Lettings Administrator in our new Talbot Green office.

Genera Duties will include:

- Managing incoming lead requests for vieiwngs
- Referencing new tenants
- Booking check ins and outs
- Assist in general office duties.
- Build relationships with Landlords and win new business
- Liaising with contract holders for all documents
- Managing a busy office Outlook 365 Diary

Character profile of the Lettings Administrator:

- Must have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to prioritise
- Problem Solver / Mediation
- Be able to work in a very fast paced environment
- Enjoys supporting a team
- Good Attention to detail

Commission will be offered based on targets reached and KPI's.

Hours will be 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
NEATH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred but not essential as this role is office based)

Work Location: In person
