Office Administrator/ Exam Invigilator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type and distribute correspondence
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Computerise various office processes to enhance efficiency
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical practices
- Competent in typing and data entry tasks
- Administrative skills to support daily operations
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
