Customer Success Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Statista. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic clients and ensuring they take full advantage of our features and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and develop strong relationships with key users in their organizations
* Ensure customers take full advantage of all features and services, resulting in strong customer health and retention
* Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, through consistent communication and training
* Identify upgrade/upsell opportunities and meet with clients in person to discuss their needs
* Create and maintain client files in CRM
Requirements:
* 2 years of building B2B relationships and/or focus on retention of client base
* Former Client Success experience desirable
* Ability to multi-task, trouble-shoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
* Great attention to detail, exceptionally well organized, good at prioritizing and juggling multiple work streams
* Comfortable working through problems at a rapidly growing company
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
