About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving maximum client satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of 40+ client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and retention
  • Work closely with support, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Own and manage a book of client accounts, with a focus on upsell and adoption
  • Collaborate with decision-makers in the social media and digital space to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Customer Success experience, managing mid-market or larger level accounts
  • Commercially aware and confident in growing account value through upsell and adoption
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with decision-makers in the social media and digital space
