We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving maximum client satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of 40+ client accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and retention
- Work closely with support, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Own and manage a book of client accounts, with a focus on upsell and adoption
- Collaborate with decision-makers in the social media and digital space to drive business growth
- 4+ years of Customer Success experience, managing mid-market or larger level accounts
- Commercially aware and confident in growing account value through upsell and adoption
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with decision-makers in the social media and digital space
- $20k bonus (plus communications)
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working, Central London
