About the Role:


We are seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our team at American Express. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns over the phone, and building meaningful relationships with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Identify opportunities to offer products and services that meet the customer's needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer calls simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
