About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Palermo Advisors. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Answer questions about our products and services, and provide solutions to client inquiries.
  3. Open and manage client accounts, including entering work order information and scheduling jobs.
  4. Close orders by creating invoices and sending them to clients.
  5. Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  6. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote work environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Fluent English language skills.
  5. Availability to work overlapping with the Pacific time zone (PST).
