Job Overview
A skilled Customer Service Representative is needed to provide top-notch support to clients in the residential construction industry. Based in California, Job Engine is a management services platform that brings a complete outsourced operating system for construction projects. The ideal candidate will interact with various stakeholders, listening and evaluating how to help clients most effectively.

The job involves providing information about products and services, opening accounts, scheduling jobs, and closing orders by creating invoices and sending them to customers. Additionally, the representative will attend phone calls and emails, answer questions, upload payments, and investigate open invoices. This position requires strong work organization skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. With at least 2 years of experience in customer service working fully remote, the successful candidate will be available to work overlapping with the Pacific time zone (PST) and reside in Latin America.
