The Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include understanding and addressing claimants' needs, providing professional advice, and empathetically resolving medical and insurance matters. You will also ensure claims are processed in line with the relevant policy terms and conditions, coordinate with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents, and offer guidance and support to less experienced International Case Managers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be results-oriented and able to work productively under pressure. You will also need to be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with an advanced level of English and strong customer service focus.
