About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Black Sheep Utilities. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be confident, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, handling queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring that they are effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
