About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Informa Global Support. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the GBS Global Head of Service Delivery, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Management and Diary Coordination: Efficiently manage the GBS Global Head of Service Delivery's time, ensuring their diary aligns with business priorities across global time zones.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for the GBS Global Head of Service Delivery, supporting on various tasks, including managing their mailbox, processing expenses, and organizing meetings and conference calls.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and set agendas for large, complex cross-business executive events, including budget meetings, away days, and others.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required, utilizing advanced MS PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure clear communication and clarity on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Invoice Management: Manage the processing of invoices via SAP, with training provided as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, with a focus on time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: High standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
