About the Role

Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our ecommerce channel and developing our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Channel Management
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives customer engagement.
    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and improve ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of ecommerce and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis
    • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure ecommerce and marketing performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ecommerce and marketing management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
