About the Role

Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our ecommerce channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize ecommerce performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Lead and manage a team of ecommerce professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
