Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the UK and Ireland.

This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligning with company goals.
  • Brand Management: Build and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals.
  • Campaign Management & Budget Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & manage the marketing budget.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations/influencers/media.
  • Customer Insights and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Consumer Electronics markets.
