About the Role

Brand Management

Build and enhance our company's brand image and reputation, ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities, foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising, optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize return on investment.

Partnerships and Collaborations

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and visibility.

Budget Management

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control, provide regular budget updates and performance reports.

Customer Insights and Analytics

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the UK and Ireland markets.
