Lead Marketing Efforts for Business Growth

Lundbeck is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness in the UK and Ireland. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, working closely with the global marketing team to adapt and implement global strategies at the local level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the Business Area, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
  • Build strong strategic alliances to ensure marketing strategies align with other departments and broader business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital and brand strategies that enhance the company's market position and align with global brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a commercial business.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and Irish pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory environments and healthcare systems.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels.
