Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive rapid growth and profitability for one of our fertility products. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for spearheading direct-to-consumer marketing efforts via various channels, including social media, digital approaches, and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic, marketing, and tactical plans to promote assigned products in the direct-to-consumer sector
  • Verify blog content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate logistics, merchandise, and displays for exhibitions to showcase our products
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Optimize website SEO to improve online visibility
  • Manage Amazon product listings to ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions
  • Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, website, blogs, and social media channels
  • Analyze website traffic and analytics, market research data, competitor activity, and sales data to inform marketing decisions

Requirements

  • Experience in consumer-facing marketing with a successful track record in social media
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field
  • Marketing qualification, preferably in digital marketing or social media
  • Self-starter with high energy levels and a drive to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful experience in nutritional supplements, beauty, healthcare, or OTC brand management is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
