Location: Our team operates in various locations across the UK, including Watford, Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, Uxbridge, and surrounding areas.
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, plus bonus potential.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our Danone Convenience Impulse Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by increasing distribution and selling to key contacts. Your duties will include manual handling, cash handling, and stock purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase distribution and sales of key brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, distribution, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in field sales within a convenience or impulse environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK manual driving license.
