Territory Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Think Selection - Publishing Recruitment Specialists. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing business and managing existing gift and lifestyle accounts in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree on terms and conditions
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the gift or book industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving license
