Job Opportunity: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Think Selection - Publishing Recruitment Specialists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business and managing existing gift and lifestyle accounts in the Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, and surrounding region.

This is a hands-on, largely field-based customer-facing role that requires a sales professional with a track-record of building successful long-term relationships with retail accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a client-led approach and the ability to develop bespoke ranges for customers.

A competitive salary and bonus package is offered, and a full clean driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and manage existing gift and lifestyle accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts
  • Develop bespoke ranges for customers
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the publishing or gift industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
