Overview

Standout Field Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Danone Convenience Impulse Field Sales Team. As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing visibility of key Danone brands in store, building relationships with key contacts, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Danone brands in store, including Evian, Volvic, and Alpro
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in your assigned territory
  • Increase distribution and actively sell into key retailers
  • Visit cash and carry regularly to purchase stock and direct sell into retailers
  • Manual handling and lifting stock, as well as cash handling

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual with experience in field-based sales, preferably within a convenience, independents, or impulse environment. You will be confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts, have great communication skills, and be able to work in a KPI-driven environment.

Please note that this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), and all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Manual handling/heavy lifting is also required, and overnights may be required on occasion.
