Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven track record of success in sales?

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving Nestle Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across convenience retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise new product opportunities and use sales data to drive in-store actions.
  • Build relationships with key retail decision-makers (retailers and business owners).
  • Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability.
  • Provide insightful and actionable market intelligence feedback.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment.
  • A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
