Territory Sales Representative

Are you passionate about sales and customer relationships? Do you enjoy working in a field-based environment and driving business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our team at Standout Field Marketing.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of key Danone brands in-store and driving sales through distribution and customer engagement. You will work closely with our field sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to our retail partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of the convenience, independent, and impulse retail environments. You will be a self-motivated and confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full UK manual driving licence and ability to work in a KPI-driven environment are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and distribution strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Work collaboratively with the field sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
