Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment in Reading.

The successful candidate will have previous B2C marketing experience, with a strong background in brand marketing, digital marketing, product, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Manage all aspects of brand communication, innovation, and customer experience across various channels.
  • Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to oversee the launch of new products.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong B2C marketing skills.
  • Experience using marketing software including CRM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

In return, you will receive a salary paying circa £50K DOE + hybrid working + excellent benefits.
