Brand Manager Position

Are you a marketing professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our team at Reed Marketing & Creative in Reading.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitability for our company's products.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of brand communication, innovation, and customer experience across various channels.
  • Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to oversee the launch of new products and ensure alignment with brand values.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data.

Requirements:

  • Previous B2C marketing experience within brand marketing, digital marketing, product, and e-commerce.
  • Experience using marketing software, including CRM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

  • A salary paying circa £50K DOE.
  • Hybrid working (2 days WFH non-negotiable).
