About the Role

Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer propositions and marketing planning for our retail business, subscription products, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Marketing Director to create, maintain, and communicate the retail, subscription, and commercial customer marketing strategies and plans.
  • Develop and deliver brand strategy and content plans in collaboration with the Head of Brand and Content.
  • Manage and deliver marketing plans to grow the number of members in our subscription business, working closely with the Marketing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Project manage and deliver point-of-sale materials into stores, working closely with our print agency.
  • Manage national, regional, and local advertising campaigns to support new store openings.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to effectively prioritize ideas and budget spend.
  • Experience in marketing, strategy development, and delivery, with a strong understanding of all marketing channels.
  • Ability to scrutinize data and results to measure marketing ROI.
  • Previous experience working in a multi-channel marketing role, with excellent understanding of all marketing channels, including ATL.
  • Previous experience managing marketing budgets.
  • Wine product knowledge preferred but not essential.
