About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Majestic Wines Warehouse Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer propositions and marketing plans for our retail and subscription business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Propositions:
    • Develop and implement customer propositions for our retail and subscription business, working closely with our CRM team.
    • Lead and project manage the cross-functional planning and development of customer propositions for our various customer groups.
    • Work with our ATL media planning team to develop and implement omnichannel campaign management.
  • Marketing Planning:
    • Work with our Marketing Director to create, maintain, and communicate the retail, subscription, and commercial customer marketing strategies and plans.
    • Develop and deliver brand strategy and content plans, working closely with our Head of Brand and Content.
    • Project manage and deliver POS into stores, working closely with our print agency.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage one direct report, responsible for in-store POS across retail.
Requirements
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to effectively prioritize ideas and budget spend.
  • Marketing Experience: Strong experience in marketing, strategy development, and delivery, with a focus on ATL media planning.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and implementing customer propositions.
  • Wine Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the wine industry and wine products is preferred but not essential.
