We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading our care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Provide personal care to residents, including medication management and supervision of the care team.
- Lead and guide the care team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Review and update resident care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Act as a role model for all staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Active NMC registration.
- Awareness of CQC regulations and working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.

What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate of £21.50.
- Shift times: 07:00-20:30, 20:15-07:15.
