About the Role

As a Senior Nurse Leader at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make informed care decisions. You will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of your care area, providing personalized care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication and supervising the care team when delivering this, responding to any and all emergency situations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of your care area, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including conducting needs assessments and developing personal care plans.
  • Lead and guide the care team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
  • Manage monthly routine medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Supervise the care team when delivering medication, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations, providing calm and effective leadership to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
