Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and loyalty
  • Conduct customer segmentation and tailor marketing communication accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM plans into the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior to inform CRM strategies
  • Report on CRM campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Ensure data collection and management practices are compliant with regulations
  • Assist in the development of customer loyalty programs
  • Stay abreast of CRM trends in the industry and implement best practices

Requirements
