Our client, a successful fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization, is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Manager to enhance their team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of account oversight for a varied customer base.
  • Address customer sales ledgers and manage overdue payment inquiries.
  • Act as a primary liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships and networks.
  • Aim to achieve monthly objectives and performance indicators.
  • Build and sustain connections with both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive a professional yet approachable service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage a significant volume of email communications.
  • Conduct general administrative duties.
  • Represent customer interests to ensure the organization comprehends their essential needs.
  • Identify and pursue potential business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure profitability by accurately pricing customer orders and managing adjustments for product pricing.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and strong communication capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficient written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid IT and numerical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
