Radar Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent client to recruit a Senior Client Relationship Manager tasked with delivering pharmaceutical solutions (Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals) to the NHS throughout the Southern UK.

About the Senior Client Relationship Manager Position:

This newly established role will focus on achieving sales and profit objectives through the effective execution of the strategic plan. Responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities within the Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals portfolio, encompassing both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a focused sales strategy targeting both existing accounts and new market prospects to meet the company's growth targets.
  • Develop a tiered approach to sales, initiating contact with key accounts to enhance sales and expand product offerings.
  • Continuously identify unlicensed pharmaceuticals frequently utilized within the NHS and pinpoint products facing supply shortages.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to stay informed about product sourcing and procurement.
  • Explore opportunities within hospitals, particularly in Stores/Procurement, Pharmacy, and Aseptic services.
  • Identify key stakeholders within hospitals to discuss product lines and foster relationships based on trust (unlicensed pharmaceuticals and shortages).
  • Collaborate with senior management to analyze sales data, project future sales, assess profitability, and identify potential new markets and opportunities.

  • Experience in Sales/Client Relationship Management within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
  • Demonstrates integrity, transparency, respect, and courage in all interactions.
  • Highly inquisitive, commercially oriented, self-driven, and results-focused.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (must possess a valid and clean driving license).
