About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GPU Architect to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our GPU technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge GPU architectures that meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our research group, modelling team, and product team to define a forward-looking technology roadmap for our GPU products.
  • Investigate and produce detailed architectural feature specifications for our GPUs, ensuring they meet the required power, performance, area, and bandwidth requirements.
  • Work closely with our client base to gather new ideas and requirements for GPUs, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our GPU architectures are well-documented and easily understood by our team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in hardware design and architecture, with experience in GPU design and architecture on large, complex systems.
  • Excellent understanding of modern 3D graphics and/or compute APIs, such as Vulkan, D3D12, and OpenCL.
  • Good understanding of digital ASIC design methodologies and constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree educated in a relevant technical discipline, MSc/PhD advantageous.
