Radar Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent client to recruit a Senior Client Relationship Manager tasked with delivering pharmaceutical solutions (Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals) to the NHS throughout the Southern UK.

About the Senior Client Relationship Manager Position:

This newly established role will focus on achieving sales and profit objectives through the effective execution of strategic initiatives. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will identify growth opportunities within the Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals portfolio, encompassing both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a focused sales strategy targeting both existing accounts and new market prospects to meet the company's growth targets.
  • Implement a tiered sales approach, engaging with key accounts to enhance sales and expand product offerings.
  • Continuously identify frequently utilized unlicensed pharmaceuticals within the NHS and pinpoint products facing supply challenges.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to stay informed about product sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Explore opportunities within hospital settings, including Stores/Procurement, Pharmacy, and Aseptic services.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals to discuss product lines and build trust regarding unlicensed pharmaceuticals and supply shortages.
  • Collaborate with senior management to analyze sales data, project future sales, assess profitability, and identify potential new markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Sales or Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
  • Demonstrates integrity, transparency, respect, and courage in professional interactions.
  • Highly inquisitive, commercially oriented, self-driven, and results-focused.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally (must possess a valid and clean driving license).
