This is an exciting opportunity to join Brook Street as a Recruitment Consultant - Client Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping your career by combining client management, relationship building, and candidate delivery.
As a Recruitment Consultant - Client Manager, you will have the chance to develop and expand your own client base while also managing and optimizing the placement of candidates with a new key client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating Strong Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Delivering High-Quality Candidates: Sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates to deliver high-quality placements that meet client needs.
- Maximizing Client and Candidate Success: Working closely with clients and candidates to ensure mutual success and satisfaction.
- Business Development and Growth: Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand your client base.
- Personal Brand Development: Developing your personal online brand to enhance your professional reputation and networking opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Working towards achieving targets and exceeding client expectations.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked in any market, with a proven track record of success in client management and candidate delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
