What could your day look like?...


We're looking for an experienced consultant with a extensive knowledge within recruitment to join our Watford team on a Finance desk.


· Building relationships with clients - understanding the needs of businesses we work closely with to identify key talent in the market to fulfill their needs

· Winning new business - identifying new business opportunities within the industry to develop and build your portfolio of clients

· Managing vacancies from start to finish - effectively working with clients to fill their vacancies

· Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates - identifying the best candidate for the role



What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience within Accountancy and Finance recruitment would be advantageous
  • Drive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset
  • Get up and go mentality
  • Organisation and Time Management skill
