About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance desk in our Watford office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying key talent in the market to fulfill their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs
  • Winning new business and identifying new opportunities within the industry
  • Managing vacancies from start to finish, working closely with clients to fill their vacancies
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to identify the best fit for the role
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within Accountancy and Finance recruitment
