Job Title: Director of Guest Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Guest Services to join our dynamic team at Rapport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our London and Dublin locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of Ambassadors to provide exceptional front-of-house services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to inform service improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
