Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations and Guest Experience Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our studios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of multiple teams to achieve common goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Oversee special projects, such as studio renovations and new studio openings.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in luxury hospitality or the leisure space.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A customer-focused approach to business.


The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
