Five-Star Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a Five-Star Guest Experience Manager to lead our Room Service team at The Peninsula London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a luxury setting and excellent knowledge of food and beverage. They will also be friendly and positive, with excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate Room Service operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Room Service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as guest feedback and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
