We are recruiting an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work on a bank contract basis, supporting our Administration team across various hospital departments.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing administrative support, communicating with patients, consultants, and hospital departments, and maintaining accurate records and databases. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring high standards of organisation and efficiency.
- Liaise with patients, consultants, and hospital departments, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants, applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documents, using Microsoft Office and other software.
- GCSE Maths/English or equivalent qualification.
- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis.
