Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join our team at Ivy Medical Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Our practice is based in a lovely rural village with excellent transport links to Nottingham and beyond.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will involve providing high-quality administrative support to our patients and clinical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting and directing patients, booking appointments, processing information, and assisting patients as required.

The role will also involve acting as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Experience working in a public-facing reception environment, preferably in a medical setting
  • Familiarity with SystmOne clinical system and Microsoft Office software
