We are looking for a talented Administrative Support and Customer Care Professional to join our team in Welwyn Garden City.
About the Job:This is an excellent chance for a motivated individual to provide outstanding administrative support and help drive the company's growth and success.
Main Tasks:- To handle customer and supplier enquiries over the phone and via email
- To build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- To update relevant data on the company database
- To verify invoices
- To review reports
- Opportunities to participate in special projects
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
£24,000 per year
Permanent position
Flexible working arrangement after training – 2 days in the office
25 days annual leave + public holidays
Free car parking on site
