Administrative Support and Customer Liaison

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support and Customer Liaison professional to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our client's support team, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and administrative support.
Main Accountabilities:
- Produce comprehensive reports summarizing customer interactions, providing actionable insights for business development.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, showcasing excellent communication skills.
- Provide administrative support to engineers, including scheduling appointments and managing schedules, ensuring seamless operations.
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss customer feedback and progress, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills are vital for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Remuneration:
