We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our managers and assisting with administrative tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle confidential documents and files with discretion and care.
- Support managers with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with residents and promote a positive living environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to multi-task.
